Abstract submission

All abstracts must be submitted electronically through the online system, in English, by completing the submission form available. Please carefully follow the instructions provided within the template to ensure a correct and efficient submission. The template could be downloaded from 'Resocurces'.

Oral: The slides of the works selected for oral presentation must be prepared and written in English. Authors are encouraged to present their works in English. 

Poster: Posters must be prepared and written in English. Authors are encouraged to present their works in English. 

• Approval of the Submission:

All abstracts will undergo evaluation based on their technical-scientific characteristics, innovation, and the quality of the text. Authors should indicate their preference for presentation type (oral or poster) during electronic abstract submission. However, the scientific committee will make the final decision on the presentation format.

• Linking the Abstract:

After an abstract has been approved, it must be linked to a paid registration. The abstract may be linked to any paid registration, provided that the registrant is a co-author.

• Presentation:

Only approved abstracts linked to a paid registration may be presented.
